Dr. Bartley graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Health and Safety, with an emphasis in athletic training, then spent a season as an Athletic Trainer with the New England Patriots. Dr. Bartley attended Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri and earned his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic in May of 1990.

Dr. Bartley has been practicing in his hometown of Jasper, Indiana since 1990, and utilizes research-based techniques to provide non-surgical spinal pain relief. Our protocols include Cox Technic Flexion-Distraction and Decompression Adjusting Manipulation. The Cox Technic is a gentle, low force, patient tolerant technique that involves no high velocity “cracking” of the joints. In addition to the Cox Techinc, Dr. Bartley uses ART (active release technique) which is the gold standard in soft-tissue care since 1984.

In his spare time, Dr. Bartley enjoys competing in triathlons, marathons, and spending time with his wife and three children.
